The building was refur-bished in 2002 by Ms. Lamphoune Voranvongsa and has been run since as a hotel. During 2008 the hotel has been enlarged with the addition of six more colonial style buidings consisting of 15 deluxe rooms, 7 junior suites and 3 Satri House suites.
